Common purchase queries answered
To place an order with us you need to add the items you want to order to your shopping cart/basket and then checkout as normal, fill out all of your contact and address details. We will then receive an email confirmation of your order and will get back to you with our transportation charges and the next available date.
We run on a 2-4 business day lead time, however on occasion we may get a cancellation or spare room for another delivery so please always check with us especially if you need your item in a rush.
You can create an account when you go through and place your order, once it has been created you can then login using the “my account” button at the top of every page.
If you need to change your delivery address, we need to be aware of this as soon as possible as this can affect our delivery drivers’ route. Please note if it is a totally different address then we may have to change your delivery date. If you are unsure, please call us.
We will update your order online so you will receive an email with status updates. Unfortunately, we do not have the facility for you to track your order. The day before your delivery is due, we will contact you with a approx. ETA (however this is only a guide). We cannot foresee traffic and other delays that could hold up our driver.
We currently do not charge VAT so the total amount you are quoted is final.
We do offer an export service, if you would like to know if we cover your country please email or call us for further information.
On the very rare occasion you have received the wrong item or quantity please let the driver know straightaway and he or she will then return the wrong items and we will arrange for the correct items to be delivered ASAP.
If you need to contact one of the team you can do so by either calling, emailing or filling out the form on our website, we endeavour to get back to you in a timely manner.
Again, if there are item(s) damaged please inform the driver they will bring the damaged ones back to us and we will ensure new ones are sent our immediately.
