Delivery of our products
Due to the size of the items we sell we use a fleet of lorries and trucks ranging from 26tonne Hiab trucks to smaller half back transit vans. We aim to deliver all items you order with in 48-96 hours however this does depend on the current volume of deliveries.
We will provide you with a specific date for your delivery and then also an approximate ETA. 99% of the time your order will be within the timescales we have given but, on some occasions, there may be a delay due to traffic or another customers order taking a little longer to deliver. We will always try to inform you if we are going to be later than expected.
It is your responsibility to inform us of access restrictions before delivery. If we are unable to unload your items from a kerbside or close position, unfortunately we will not deliver your goods and they will be returned to the depot and a additional delivery charge will be incurred.
Please ensure that all goods are checked on arrival, the goods must agree with the delivery note and order and all items must be signed for. These will then be your responsibility once you have taken delivery and signed our paperwork.
Common questions we have been asked.
Unfortunately, our delivery service only operates from Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm unless otherwise agreed.
We have various depots across the country which allows us to provide a fast and efficient delivery service to most of the UK mainland.
Our delivery costs are different for each customer and our prices depend on the quantity of items you are purchasing and also your location. For example, if you were to order 10 new 8ft scaffold tubes for delivery this would just qualify to be delivered under our minimum quantity order terms but would be more expensive than someone who ordered 100 new tubes.
Unfortunately, we are unable to give a specific price online but can advise you that our prices usually range from £30 to £80+. If you would like us to give you an exact costing, please get in touch with our sales team.
